The marketing department plays a vital role in promoting AIESEC’s exchange programmes to their customers. Through marketing, you will be focusing on promoting the exchange programmes AIESEC offers to the youth. Get hands-on experience of conducting market research, content writing, and learning how to create effective promotional materials.
What will you develop?
Ensuring that all legal terms are being met, FLAIM monitors, tracks the financial status, and organizes the information of the organization. From bookkeeping to financial statements, members in this department are able to learn these new skills.
What will you develop?
Members will go through the journey of sourcing young people who are looking for overseas internships from different parts of the world in collaboration with local companies here in Hong Kong. Thus members will be the ones who are in charge of buddies who’ve decided to take up internships in Hong Kong, and ensure that talents have a smooth internship experience.
What will you develop?
Members will be able to learn how to facilitate exchanges for youth that sign up for our Global Talent exchange products, through selection processes which focus on preparing these participants for an overseas internship and exchange experience. Through this process, you will be able to understand more about fellow youth as you help them prepare for exchange, and ensure they have a smooth internship experience abroad!
What will you develop?
Members will facilitate exchanges for youth that sign up for our Global Volunteer exchange products, which focuses on preparing these participants for an overseas volunteering experience that relates to one of the 16 Sustainable Development Goals. Through this process, you will be able to understand more about fellow youth, equipping them for a volunteer exchange experience to help make the world a better place!
What will you develop?
Members will help build a better brand of AIESEC in the universities and external partners. They help communicate with external partners such as NGOs ,ensuring we have good partnerships that can help sustain the organization. Through pdpr’s good relationship, the organization can gain sponsorships and have a good reputation.
What will you develop?
Members in this department ensures that all members in the organization not only are reaching their departmental goals, but as well as their personal development. Such as tracking the members’ personal goals, creating interactive and meaningful events for the whole entity and lastly, having one on one sessions with the members to ensure their AIESEC journey is smooth sailing.
