AIESEC is a global, independent, non-partisan, not-for-profit, youth-led organization. AIESEC provides a platform for young people to develop their leadership potential through practical experiences of many kinds.

Our Departments
At Talent Management (TM),
Main
Responsibilities
- Ensure the well-being and growth of members and the entity
- Track and report members’ involvement and performance
- Organize and manage interactive and meaningful member engagement events
Improve your interpersonal skills, event management, and analytical skills with TM.
At Finance, Legal Administration, and Information Management (FLAIM),
Main
Responsibilities
- Ensure the compliance of the LC to relevant laws and regulations
- Bookkeeping financial statements
- Organize and manage all information of the organization
Improve your analytical skills, accounting and budgeting, and information management with FLAIM.
At Incoming Global Talent (oGT),
Main
Responsibilities
- Reach out to local companies to pitch our service
- Review applications of overseas talents and arrange interviews for them with companies
- Provide support to exchange participants in Hong Kong
Improve your communication, interpersonal skills, and international cultural understanding with iGT.
At Outgoing Global Talent (oGT),
Main
Responsibilities
- Support and manage students and their professional careers
- Nurture international relations and synergy with AIESECers all over the world
- Engage in diverse campus-wide campaigns to effectively promote our product
Improve your coaching, pitching, and cross-cultural competence with oGT.
At Outgoing Global Volunteer (oGV),
Main
Responsibilities
- Facilitate volunteering experiences
- Work with a huge global network of AIESECers from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Engage in campus-wide events and campaigns to increase product awareness

At Branding and Marketing (BM),
Main
Responsibilities
- Analyze the current market and develop marketing strategies accordingly
- Design promotional content for social media, physical booths, and more
- Execute promotional campaigns for AIESEC products
Improve your market analysis, design, and brand management skills with BM.
At Partnership Development (PD),
Main
Responsibilities
- Create value with external initiatives
- Connecting with new potential clients through AIESEC’s product
- Manage and nurture external relations for long-term purposes
Improve your negotiation and communication, pitching, and event management with PD.
