INCOMING GLOBAL TALENT

Incoming Global Talent (iGT) connects with local companies and organizations to create a meaningful work experience for our overseas talents while satisfying the hiring needs of companies simultaneously.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Reach out to local companies to pitch our service and maintain a close connection with them
  • Review applications of overseas talents and arrange interviews for companies
  • Provide support to exchange participants in Hong Kong and introduce the culture to them

OUTGOING GLOBAL TALENT

In oGT (Outgoing Global Talent), we foster cross-cultural understanding and professional skills in HKU students through providing international internship experiences. 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Have international relations and synergy with AIESECers all over the world. 
  • Engage in diverse campus-wide campaigns to effectively showcase our product 
  • Support and guide HKU students to discover themselves and enhance their professional careers

OUTGOING GLOBAL VOLUNTEER

In oGV (Outgoing Global Volunteer), we aim to enhance cross-cultural understanding within HKU students by assisting the operations of global volunteer experiences.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate volunteering experience through coaching with professional knowledge.
  • Work with AIESECers from around the world, fostering a cross-border network.
  • Engage in campus-wide promotional campaigns to promote your product by pitching.

BRANDING & MARKETING

Branding and Marketing (BM) promotes, enhances, and protects the organisation’s brand reputation, while ensuring our audiences are engaged and attracted to our organisation.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analysis of the local market to plan marketing strategies.
  • Execute promotion campaigns for AIESEC’s products.
  • Design and create promotional content (social media, print, and more.)

PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Partnership Development (PD) is the department responsible for raising and maintaining contact with our partners and sponsors.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Prospecting and Qualification of potential clients.
  • Attraction and sales to partners; schedule meetings and follow-ups.
  • Partner Relationship Management.

 

SKILL DEVELOPMENT ASPECTS:

  • Pitching

FINANCE, LEGAL ADMINISTRATION & INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (FLAIM)

FLAIM monitors and tracks the organisation’s financial status, ensures legalities are being met, and manages internal information.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all organisational events and content are corresponding with laws and regulations.
  • Bookkeeping financial statements.
  • Organise and maintain all information of the organisation.

TALENT MANAGEMENT

Talent Management (TM) is instructive in maximizing the potential of human resources by engaging members within to create a better experience, so as to build greater personal relevance for the impact they are driving and gatekeep organizational development and growth.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure members’ well-being and growth.
  • Tracking and reporting of members’ performance and involvement.
