Outgoing Global Volunteer (oGV)
Outgoing Global Volunteer
In oGV we aim to enhance cross-cultural understanding within students by managing the process of exchange operations.
What you will do :
- Manage volunteering experience through coaching.
- Foster International relations with AIESECers from around the world.
- Pitch and promote the exchange product in campus-wide events
What you will gain :
- International exposure (IR calls)
- Pitching and Public speaking
- Coaching and operations management (Servicing exchange participants)
Outgoing Global Talent (oGT)
Outgoing Global Talent
In oGT, we promote cross-cultural understanding and professional skills in HKBU students through providing international internship experiences.
What you will do :

Incoming Global Talent (iGT)
Incoming Global Talent
In IGT, we act as a bridge between local companies and organizations to create a meaningful work experience for our overseas talents while satisfying the hiring needs of companies simultaneously.
What you will do :
- Reach out to local companies and develop partnerships by pitching our service and maintain a close connection with them
- Review applications of overseas talents and arrange interviews for companies
- Provide support to exchange participants in Hong Kong and introduce the culture to them
What you will gain :
- Business Communication skills (B2B Sales)
- Interpersonal and communication skills

Branding and Marketing (BM)
Branding and Marketing
In BM, we act as a bridge between customers and us by promoting, creating events and protecting the organisation’s brand reputation, while ensuring our audiences are engaged and attracted to our organisation.
What you will do :
- Design and create promotional content (social media, print, and more.)
- Analysis of the customer market to plan marketing strategies.
- Execute and plan promotion campaigns and branding events.
What you will gain :
- Pitching and interpersonal skills (B2C Sales)

Talent Mangement (TM)
Talent Management
In TM, we try to maximize the potential of human resources by engaging members within to create a better experience, so as to build greater personal relevance for the impact they are driving and gatekeep organizational development and growth.
What you will do :
- Tracking and reporting of members’ performance and involvement.
- Organise and manage interactive and meaningful member engagement events.
- Design and create promotional content for integrated experiences.

Partnership Development (PD)
Partnership Development
In PD, we act as the bridge between the organization and the externals, campus and alumnis. We are the department responsible for raising and maintaining contact with our partners and sponsors.
What you will do :
- Prospecting and Qualification of potential clients.
- Attraction and sales to partners; schedule meetings and follow-ups.
- Partner Relationship Management.

Financial, Legal, Administration and Information Management (FLAIM)
Financial, Legal, Administration and Information Management
FLAIM is the backbone of the organization, monitoring and tracking the organisation’s financial status, ensures legalities are being met, and manages internal information.
What you will do :
- Ensure all organisational events and content are corresponding with laws and regulations.
- Bookkeeping financial statements.
- Organise and maintain all information of the organisation.
