"The biggest takeaway for me was the ability to learn and grow while working for the organization. AIESEC's biggest mindset change on myself is for me to be proactive, open-minded and most of all, growth seeking. It taught me to look deep within myself and believe in what is even outside of my own capabilities. Not only that, but I was able to develop these mindset along amazing people who are also willing to learn and grow together with you."

"AIESEC allows you to hear many inspiring stories from youth, and it also provides a safe place for you to express your voice and thoughts out as well. For me, the different conferences I joined were the highlights of my AIESEC experience. At the end of each conference, there is always an open space for people to share their own feelings or thoughts, I stepped out of my comfort zone to do my own personal sharing. This enabled me to be a more confident and outspoken person."

I truly enjoyed working with my team, whose genuine and thoughtful nature made every project rewarding, and our deep conversations often left me inspired. I learned practical skills like CV writing and professional communication, but more importantly, I gained confidence in engaging with customers and teammates. My best memory might be team days, when I was amazed by the energetic people in my department, who lit up the atmosphere.

In just one year, I’ve found a place where I really feel I belong, thanks to the people here who consistently support and inspire me. They’ve not only taught me very important lessons , but also helped me become a better version of myself, often in ways I never expected. Moving forward, I want to give back what I've received from AIESEC, making new members of this community feel welcomed, valued, and help them create their own unique AIESEC journey."
